We want you to love your Critical Role gear, but if your quest reward isn't the right fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange once the items reach our warehouse.
